Refund & Exchange Policy – Zarq Jewels

At Zarq Jewels, we are committed to delivering premium quality, masterfully crafted jewelry. To maintain our high standards of hygiene and quality control, please review our strict refund and return guidelines below.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the delicate nature of our jewelry, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • You notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video proof.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be:

  • Completely unused, unworn, and in its original pristine condition.

  • Returned with all original luxury packaging, tags, and protective materials intact.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Slight color variations (due to screen settings, lighting, or the handcrafted nature of the stones).

  • Items that have been worn, used, or mishandled.

Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested replacement is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.

The Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the item is received at our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited directly to your bank account or original method of payment.

Order Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placement.

  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched from our warehouse, it can no longer be canceled.

Non-Refundable Situations

Zarq Jewels is not liable for refunds or replacements in the following scenarios:

  • An incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided at checkout.

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts by our courier partner.

  • The customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery.
