Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please take clear pictures immediately and share them with our Customer Service team on the same day of delivery. Our representatives will review your request and contact you within two business days.

If the product is verified as faulty, it will be exchanged, subject to stock availability. To claim an exchange, the complaint must be raised and the product must be returned within one (1) day of receiving the order.

Exchange Due to Customer Preference

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange option within one (1) day of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
